Return Policy

Due to the nature of outlet stores, it is expected that some products may have a few small defects or damages on their packaging. This does not, however, affect the quality and effectiveness of the actual products inside. Any form of damage on packaging will not be accepted for a return. All discounted and/or sale products are deemed final and cannot be returned. 

Returns

ThePlayground.ph allows return requests within 7 days from the date the order was received. These include items that have factory defects, and incorrectly shipped items or items significantly damaged beyond usability.  

Item(s) to be returned must fulfill all the following conditions:

  1. Purchases of items on a promotional event (such as but not limited to: storewide sale, Buy1 Take1, brand offer, etc.) are deemed final and cannot be returned, exchanged, nor refunded.
  2. Damaged and/or defective items will be subject for further evaluation.
  3. Items must be returned in their original packaging including shoe boxes, non-woven bags, hang tags/labels, receipt, and proof of purchase.
  4. Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered and unwashed.

ThePlayground.ph reserves the right to test, inspect, and reject returns that do not meet these standards. The customer will be responsible for returning the package to ThePlayground.ph. Shipping and any additional cost/s incurred thereof must be shouldered by the customer.

Customers may email online@theplayground.ph to file a request. All return requests are processed within 10-15 business days.

Exchanges

ThePlayground.ph allows exchange requests within 7 days from the date the order was received. For exchanges due to change of mind or preference, shipping and any additional cost/s incurred thereof must be shouldered by the customer. For exchanges due to damaged, defective or wrong items, customers may email online@theplayground.ph to check the availability of the item or size they want to change to.

Exchange items can be of the same, higher, or lower value. The difference between the original and lower-priced items will be refunded via store credits, while the difference between the original and higher-priced items will be billed via COD. All exchange requests are processed within 10-15 business days.

Refunds

Only upon approval can refunds be made in the form of store credits on the customer's personal ThePlayground.ph account. Customers may email online@theplayground.ph for questions and requests for refund. All refunds are processed within 10-15 days.
