Are your products authentic?

The Playground Premium Outlet and ThePlayground.ph is operated by Gruppo Innovare Corporation, a licensed distributor of all the brands we carry. As such, we take pride in the authenticity of each and every product in stock. Your product will also come with original tags and corresponding proofs of authenticity to assure you of its quality.

Are you shipping despite quarantine?

Yes! Since we’ve partnered with LBC as our logistics provider, we rely on their advice on shipping lead times. It usually takes 7-14 business days for orders to be delivered nationwide but feel free to reach out to us via Messenger so we can help track it for you.

What are your store hours?

Our online store is here to serve you from anywhere, 24/7. You can also chat with us on Messenger for questions and concerns on product availability. Our customer support team is here to serve you Mondays through Fridays, 9:00AM to 6:00PM.

Where are you located?

Our store is located at Nodison Centre, Marikina-Infanta Hwy, Marikina City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Please note that our physical store remains temporarily closed in compliance with the government's guidelines on community quarantine until further notice.

Is online store pricing different from the physical store?

Pricing in ThePlayground.ph is the same as that of our physical store. Some some occasions, you may, however, enjoy promos and price adjustments exclusive to the website and/or our store.

What are your payment options?

You may pay through our secured payment partners without any minimum purchase:

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

    • To cover logistics costs, we’re implementing a fixed rate of 250PHP for all orders nationwide. Your total bill will include shipping and tax charges incurred.

        My product comes in a damaged packaging. Can I request for a return/exchange?

        Due to the nature of outlet stores, some products sold at ThePlayground.ph may have a few small defects or damages on their packaging. This does not, however, affect the quality and effectiveness of the actual products inside. All discounted/sale products are deemed final and cannot be returned or exchanged. For products sold under their original retail price, kindly check our Return Policy or send a request at online@theplayground.ph.
